Hotel description :

Location: It is situated at one of the coolest spots in downtown of Budapest, just going down 15 steps the Liszt Ferenc square. There are many fashionable pubs, restaurants and entertainment places at just 1 min. walk from the building of the hostel. Our famous Váci street or the Danube bank are at 5 min. trip by the yellow underground or 10-15 min. by walk. The hostel is located in a silent part of a building where you will not hear any music or noise.
Accommodation: Amigo Hostel has a total of 5 rooms on 100 m² and can accommodate 17 persons in four 2-3 and 4 bedded private rooms and a dormitory room with 6 beds. The dormitory can be used as private room if needed. All the rooms have their own bathrooms with toilet. There is a well-equipped small tee-kitchen place, and a small reception site as well.

Services around: Amigo Hostel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, clubs, pubs, cafes, shops, but you can find internet café, money exchange place, two banks, ATM-machines, laundry, fast food restaurants (McDonald's, Burger King) within a short walk as well. Parking is also possible nearby.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to midnight on the day prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged by the hotel.

Bookings for 7-21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the hotel.

Bookings longer than 21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise 7 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the hotel.

How to get to the Hotel:

IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN:
You can order a taxi with the help of our Hotel Transfer form. This large airconditioned private taxi takes you straight to the hotel at a fix price. You can also use the Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper but you have to wait for a while to get the right bus and it might go to other hotels before yours.

Ferihegy International Airport:
Take bus to Kobanya-Kispest, then take Metro 3 (blue line) to Deák tér. Change to Metro 3 (yellow line) to Oktogon. The hostel is 3 min walk from there. Trip time: approx. 1hour
Keleti (Eastern) Railway Station:
Take bus # 7 to Blaha Lujza tér, then take Tram # 4 or 6 to Oktogon. The hostel is 3 min walk from there. Trip time: approx. 20 min.
Nyugati (Western) Railway Station:
Take tram # 4 or 6 to Oktogon stop. The hostel is 3 min walk from there. Trip time: approx. 5 min.
Deli (Southern) Railway Station:
Take Metro 2 (red line) to Deak ter and change to Metro 3 (yellow line) to Oktogon. The hostel is 3 min walk from there. Trip time: approx. 30 min.

Nepliget International Bus Terminal:
Take Metro 3 (blue line) to Deák tér. and change Metro 3 (yellow line) to Oktogon. The hostel is 3 min walk from there. Trip time: approx. 35 min.
A one way public transport ticket costs approx. 0,7 eur
