Fortuna Boat Hotel lies at anchor on the side of Pest of the capital, next to the Margit bridge, opposite the Margit island. The traffic capabilities are excellent, an own free parking place waits for our guests coming by car in front of Szent István park on the lowbund of Pest. Otherwise, there is no problem to reach it, because Fortuna Boathotel and Restaurant can be reachable in 15 minutes from all the significant stations of Budapest and from all the international bus-stations. The airport is situated only 40 minutes far from us. The trolleybus-stop at Szent István park of trolleybuses number 76 and 79, and the tram-stop at Jászai Mari Square trams number 2, 4 and 6 also help the easy transportation.

41 rooms of our 60 Single and double bedrooms have shower-baths, toilets, televisions supplied with satellite broadcast, telephones and minibars. Our four superior category rooms and one apartment can afford the same services. Our offer is integrated by 14 rooms with taps and common shower baths.

Our guests are welcomed by an ample choice of services. Restaurant Lord Nelson, where the buffet-breakfast is served for the guests of our hotel, is an ideal place of business lunches and familiar dinners in the other parts of the day. Francis Drake Pub is the beer-house of people who likes easy entertainment and our café is the home of silent chats and snacks.
People who desire a little rest during the day can take place in a comfortable day-bed on the upper deck or on the sundeck and can admire the unveiling panorama or can cast an eye on the waves of the Danube. On hot days of the summer cocktails of our terrace-bar can bring remission.

We can offer our exclusive saloon for conveying business conversations and conferences. Either of our catering units is suitable for conveying organisations, lectures, standing receptions, marriages, and education. Technical equipments can be ensured on request.

Cancellation Policy:

You must cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your specified arrival. If you cancel before this, your credit card will not be charged. Cancelling within 72 hours or no show will result a cancellation penalty fee of the room charge of one night.

How to get to the Hotel:

IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN:
You can order a taxi with the help of our Hotel Transfer form. This large airconditioned private taxi takes you straight to the hotel at a fix price. You can also use the Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper but you have to wait for a while to get the right bus and it might go to other hotels before yours.
