Hotel Benczúr is situated in the heart of Budapest, in the diplomatic region. In spite of the noisy central location our hotel is a small, green island, in the middle of a peaceful garden area far away from the noise of the city. It is combined with the all over the world mentioned hungarian hospitality, that is guaranteed by the well-trained staff.

We await our guests with 154 quality, comfortable double bedrooms with bathrooms. 24 of the rooms are air-conditioned. All rooms are equipped with color televisions,telephones and minibars for your comfort.

Our restaurant is extremely popular amongst guests, thanks to our highly praised and appreciated cuisine and pleasant terrace, which operates in the summertime and in good weather. We offer traditional hungarian dishes and international culinary specialities.

If you stay at our hotel, you don't have to leave your favourite animal at home. In our hotel the animals are "guests", too.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to midnight on the day prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged.

Bookings for 7-21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights of accommodation are to be charged.

Bookings longer than 21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise 7 nights of accommodation are to be charged.

How to get to the Hotel:

IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN:
You can order a taxi with the help of our Hotel Transfer form. This large airconditioned private taxi takes you straight to the hotel at a fix price. You can also use the Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper but you have to wait for a while to get the right bus and it might go to other hotels before yours.

FROM TRAIN STATIONS:
From Bp. Nyugati pu. (Western Railway Station): Take the tram No. 4-6 for 1 stop to Oktogon. Then change to the underground towards Mexikói út (street). Get off at Bajza utca (street). After a little walk in Andrássy út to Munkácsy Mihály utca, turn right and go on until Benczúr utca. Turn left and you will see the Hotel on the righthand side.

From Bp. Keleti pu. (Eastern Railway Station): Take the trolleybus No. 78 to the corner of Városligeti fasor and Bajza utca. From there go on Bajza utca to Benczúr utca. After turning right it is another 3 minutes to walk.

From Bp. Déli pu. (Southern Railway Station): Take the underground No. 2 (red) to Deák tér (square), then change to the underground (yellow) and get off at Bajza utca. Go on Andrássy út until Munkácsy Mihály utca, there after turning right go on until Benczúr utca. Then go left a little and you will see the Hotel.
