The Hotel Stadion is situated within a few minutes drive by car or public transport from the centre of the city, in the immediate vicinity of Budapest's largest sport, event and fair centre, the Puskás Ferenc Stadium, the Budapest Arena and the Budapest Fair Centre (BNV). Due to its excellent potentials (which is reflected in the slogan of the hotel "The Official Supporter of Hungarian Sport") Hotel Stadion offers the best solution for accommodating participants of sporting events or congresses and exhibitions, which are often held in their neighbourhood.

Hotel Stadion was opened in 1982. As part of the Danubius wellness and fitness program, a Danubius Premier Fitness Club was opened at the hotel in 2001, which further established the historic sporting links between the hotel and its great location. The complete refurbishment of the hotel including the lobby, the Coffee Shop & Lobby Bar, the rooms and the common areas was finished in 2002. The hotel with its pleasant warm colours and comfortable furniture has an instantly captivating atmosphere.

The freshly renovated rooms furnished with comfortable furniture in a light Mediterranean touch provide quality services according to the present needs:
50 rooms with extra bed, 12 connecting rooms, 4 anti-allergy rooms and 2 rooms for disabled persons are provided as well.

Danubius Premier Fitnesss Club at the Hotel Stadion gives perfect relaxation after an exhausting day, spent with sightseeing or business meetings. State-of-the-art fitness equipment and qualified instructors are at the disposal of sport fans.

Our air-conditioned restaurant awaits the guest (both individuals and groups) with Hungarian specialities and international delicacies created by István Ferenczi Master Chef and his team.

Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to midnight on the day prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged.

Bookings for 7-21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights of accommodation are to be charged.

Bookings longer than 21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise 7 nights of accommodation are to be charged.

How to get to the Hotel:

IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN:
You can order a taxi with the help of our Hotel Transfer form. This large airconditioned private taxi takes you straight to the hotel at a fix price. You can also use the Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper but you have to wait for a while to get the right bus and it might go to other hotels before yours.
The Hotel Stadion is located on Kerepesi út, which begins at Eastern Railway Station, following Rákóczi út.
The hotel has a good access both by car and by public transport; the vicinity of the (Red) Metro-line 2, (Stadionok Station) makes it easy for the guests to reach the downtown within 10 minutes.

Conference Rooms and Halls:

Olympia Room
The air-conditioned function room with daylight give perfect venue for all kind of events, corporate meetings, conferences, receptions, gala dinners, weddings and other family parties up to 300 persons.

Atlanta, Barcelona, Seoul Rooms
Each of the three air-conditioned function rooms with natural light can seat 40-80 persons. The rooms can be connected into one big banqueting hall up to 200 persons for conferences, receptions, gala dinners and exhibitions.

Tokyo Room
The small seminar room is ideal for gatherings and meetings up to 15-20 persons.
